Case Study: M1 Document Solutions
M1 Document Solutions is one of Ireland’s leading document destruction, scanning and storage companies. has extensive experience in the secure document and material shredding, scanning and storage sector. Backed by Government permits and Certificates of Destruction, they come to the client’s premises and shred all confidential documents, materials, hard-drives and CDs. Due to ongoing expansion, they found that their Excel based client management was becoming to unwieldy to manage.
BeMoore developed a CRM system which allows them to keep track of all their customers, potential leads and current jobs. It also integrated it with Sort My Books, so that at a glance staff can see which accounts are overdue and which are up to date, and also keeps contact details up to date within Sort My Books. M1 also have bins at many of their clients’ offices. BeMoore developed a system within the CRM for keeping track of where these bins are.
