The Trading Online Voucher (TOV) is a government scheme run through the Local Enterprise Boards. It is designer to help SME’S and small business to expand and improve their online presence and help them grow their business.
It does this by helping you to build a new website that lets your customers pay for purchases or bookings on your website, on their laptop of mobile phone, via a secure payment gateway.
